Day 1: Ajanta Caves Exploration

Arrival at Aurangabad ➡ Ajanta Caves ➡ Hotel

Upon your arrival in Aurangabad between 7 AM - 10 AM, you will be greeted by our driver at the airport and be driven to the majestic Ajanta Caves. The journey will be of approx. 3 hours covering a distance of 100 km.

Ajanta Caves are one of the oldest UNESCO World Heritage Sites comprising 29 Buddhist caves beautifully treasured in the hills across the Wangorah River. The caves are beautiful, adorned with paintings and carvings. You will find Buddhist philosophy & religious teachings of the Buddha depicted through paintings & sculptures among the huge pillars, stupas & ceilings. After a day of exploring the Ajanta caves, the evening welcomes you to spend it at leisure.

Our driver will drop you off at your hotel for an overnight stay in Aurangabad.

Day 2: Ellora Caves Exploration

Hotel ➡ Ellora Caves ➡ Hotel or Airport

Grab a quick breakfast at the hotel and our driver will pick you up and transfer you to the mesmerizing Ellora caves. The drive will be completed in around 2 hours covering a distance of 95 km.

Renowned for its rich display of Jainism, Buddhism & Hinduism monuments. It has 12 Buddhist caves, 5 Jain temples, and 17 Hindu temples. This historical site is counted among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Catch a breathtaking sight of the giant Kailasha Temple, which is carved from a single-standing rock.

Your journey concludes after 2 days of exploring these historical wanders. Our driver will be dropping you off at the airport or your hotel as per your onward plans
