Day 1: Arrival at Pipariya + Journey to Pachmarhi
Arrive at Pipariya railway station and meet our representative for a warm welcome. Then, enjoy a comfortable private transfer from Pipariya to Pachmarhi, covering approximately 55 km in around 1.5 hours. The drive takes you through scenic countryside, dense forests, and winding hill roads, offering glimpses of Pachmarhi’s natural beauty even before you reach the hill station.
On arrival at Pachmarhi, check into your hotel and unwind. The evening is at leisure, giving you time to explore the surroundings, take a gentle walk amidst the cool mountain air, or simply relax and soak in the serene ambience of the “Queen of Satpura.” Overnight stay will be at the same hotel.
Day 2: Pachmarhi Sightseeing (Non Forest Point )
On day 2, wake up to a delicious breakfast. After satiating your hunger, embark on a Pachmarhi sightseeing tour exploring the hill station’s cultural and scenic treasures outside the forest area. First, we will take you to the Jata Shankar Cave. Located about 6 kilometres from the city centre, this sacred cave is naturally carved and revered as a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. Next, we will arrive at Handi Khoh, which is a dramatic gorge approximately 10 minutes from the cave. It offers panoramic views of cliffs and valleys, ideal for photography.
Then, after a 15-minute drive, we will reach the Gupt Mahadev Temple. As the name suggests, it is a hidden cave temple featuring naturally formed Shiva Lingams. Finally, in another 15 minutes, we will arrive at the last stop of the day, i.e. Green Valley. This scenic viewpoint, which overlooks lush valleys and rolling hills, is perfect for enjoying the tranquillity of Pachmarhi.
After a full day of sightseeing, we will drop you at your hotel, where you can spend the evening at leisure, strolling in the peaceful surroundings or relaxing. Return to your comfortable room for a good night’s sleep.
Day 3: Pachmarhi Sightseeing (Forest Point)
Start your day with a flavourful breakfast and then join our driver on an exciting adventure tour exploring the famous Forest Point in Pachmarhi and its surrounding attractions. Begin your trip with the Bison Lodge. Located about 4 kilometres from the city centre, this historic colonial-era lodge now serves as a museum showcasing the rich flora and fauna of Pachmarhi. The next attraction of the day is the Pandav Caves—just 10 minutes away from the Bison Lodge. These ancient rock-cut caves are steeped in Mahabharata legends and attract history buffs and spiritual seekers. Travel for another 5 minutes and you will arrive at the scenic Bee Fall, ideal for photography, picnics, and a refreshing break.
Roughly 4 kilometres from the waterfall are Reechgarh and Echo Point, offering fascinating rock formations, lush greenery, and tranquil forest trails. In another 7 kilometres, we will be at the famous Bhojpur Temple. This ancient shrine is known for its massive unfinished Shiva Lingam and stunning architectural details. After a drive of 20 minutes, we will be at the last destination of the day—the Dhoopgarh Sunset Point. This mesmerising sunset point over the Satpura ranges is the highest peak in Madhya Pradesh, making it a popular tourist spot.
As we drop you back at your Pachmarhi hotel, you can spend the rest of the evening relaxing, enjoying the cool mountain air, or strolling through Pachmarhi’s peaceful surroundings. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
