4-Day Leh-Ladakh Tour: Local Sightseeing & Khardung La Pass Trip

Day 1: Arrival & Local Sightseeing

Your adventure begins as you touch down at Leh Airport. Our friendly driver will drive you to your hotel, where you'll check in and rest to get accustomed to the mountain air.  After you are well-rested, our driver will pick you up late afternoon for local sightseeing in Leh. Explore the regal Leh Palace, which offers the perfect vantage point for the Stok Kangri Mountain and Ladakh Mountain ranges.

Next, get ready to experience the bustling Leh Market, a treasure trove of Pashmina shawls, Tibetan handicrafts, and Ladakhi jewellery. Then, pay homage to the Indo-Pakistan War soldiers at the Hall of Fame Museum. Finally, end the day with a visit to Shanti Stupa—a Buddhist heritage site that is also famous for offering panoramic views of Leh. Our driver will then drop you off at your hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 2: Exploring the Monasteries in Leh

After a delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel, our driver will pick you up for a spiritual Leh monastery tour that will introduce you to the amazing architecture and culture of Leh. First, you will visit the Shey Monastery, which houses a stunning 10-meter-high Buddha statue. Then, head to the Thiksey Monastery, an architectural masterpiece featuring 12 stories and 10 shrines. Finally, visit the Hemis Monastery, renowned for its collection of sacred relics. Then, our driver will take you back to your hotel for a good night’s sleep.

Day 3: Trip to Khardung La Pass

As you wake up and relish a hearty meal for breakfast, gear up for an adventurous ride to Khardung La Pass, one of the most sought-after places to visit in Leh-Ladakh. This crown jewel of Ladakh's rugged terrain is located at 18,360 ft and is counted as one of the world's highest motorable passes. Drive through breathtaking landscapes adorned with snow, embracing the thrill of the journey. Return to Leh with our driver in the afternoon. You can unwind or explore the local markets at your leisure in the evening.

Day 4: Departure from Leh

After having the last complimentary breakfast of the Leh-Ladakh tour package, check out of the hotel and bid farewell to this beautiful region with cherished memories. Our driver will take you back to Leh Airport, ensuring a seamless departure for your onward travels.
