
Day 1: Bangalore City Tour
Your much-awaited Bangalore, Mysore, and Coorg tour will begin with our representative meeting you at the Bangalore airport or railway station. You will be chauffeured to your pre-booked hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. After checking in and resting for a while, you will join our driver and tour guide in your Bangalore city tour. The first stop in this excursion will be Lalbagh—a huge botanical garden in the heart of the city that is over 200 years old!
Next, we will visit the Vidhan Soudha—the legislative house built in the stunning Neo-Dravidian architectural style. You will also be taken to Cubbon Park, also known as Sri Chamarajendra Park. Finally, we will take you to the grand Bangalore Palace and ISKCON Temple.
With this, the day’s explorations will come to an end and we will drop you at the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 2: Bangalore—Mysore
Day 2 will begin with a hearty breakfast, after which you will check out of the hotel and join us on a road trip to Mysore—the Cultural Capital of Karnataka. En route, you will stop by the famous Srirangapatna City. Here, you will get to explore various tourist attractions like Daria Daulat Bagh, Gumbaz, and Srirangapatnam Fort. You will also get a quick external glance at the popular Ranganathaswami Temple. We will then continue our journey to Mysore.
Upon reaching your destination, you will check into the hotel and relax. Later, we will take you to the opulent Mysore Palace—the famous building that was once a royal residence of the Wadiyar Dynasty. Facing the Chamundi Hills, the palace is a stunning gem located in the heart of the city. Before calling it a day, we will take you to the Brindavan Gardens. One of the most well-maintained green havens in the country. Later, you will be dropped back at the hotel where you can retire for the night.
Day 3: Mysore—Coorg
After a palatable breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and head towards Coorg. On the way, we will stop by the Chamundeshwari Temple. Perched atop the Chamundi Hills, the temple is one of the 18 Shakti Peethas and holds great significance for Hindus across the globe.
Another stop in our journey from Mysore to Coorg is Bylakuppe. Home to about 4000 nuns and monks, it is one of the biggest monasteries in the world. It is also the world’s second-largest Tibetan settlement outside Tibet and features the popular Tibetan Golden Temple. Later, you will visit Kaveri Nisargadhama—a popular tourist spot known for its elephant rides, boating, and bird park. Finally, we will visit Raja’s Seat. Located in Madikeri, it stands overlooking the surrounding cliffs and valleys, making it a perfect recreational spot with the most divine sunset view.
After the day’s excursions, you will finally arrive at your Coorg hotel where you will check in and rest for the night.
Day 4: Coorg Tour
Day 4 of your tour is all about exciting Coorg excursions. After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will join our driver and tour guide on a sightseeing trip. We will first take you to Talakaveri. It is considered the source of the Kaveri River and holds religious importance for the Hindus. Then, we will visit two popular religious sites dedicated to Lord Shiva—Bhagandeshwara Temple and Omkareshwara Temple.
For the next part of the tour, we will visit the Madikeri Fort which features a beautiful tortoise structure and 2 life-size stone replicas of elephants. We will also take you to the Abbey Falls to view nature’s beauty at its best. Finally, our driver will drop you to your hotel for a good night’s sleep.
Day 5: Coorg—Bangalore
Your 5-day Bangalore, Mysore, and Coorg tour will end with a tasty breakfast at the hotel. Once you are ready, you will check out of the hotel and join us on your return journey to the Bangalore airport or railway station. Upon successfully dropping you at your destination, our driver will take your leave, marking the completion of your tour.
