6-Day Leh-Ladakh Tour Covering Pangong Lake & Nubra Valley

Day 1: Arrival in Leh

Expect a warm welcome upon arrival at Leh Kushok Bakula Airport by our friendly driver. He will take you on a comfortable drive to your hotel in Leh. Check in and take some time to acclimatize to the altitude so that you are ready to explore the popular places to visit in Ladakh the next day. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Local Sightseeing Tour in Leh

Have your breakfast at the hotel before you go for local sightseeing in Leh. Our driver will first take you to the Hemis Monastery. If you are lucky and plan your trip for June/July, you can partake in the famous Hemis Festival—a highlight of Ladakh's cultural calendar. Next, you will explore ancient monasteries like Thiksey and Shey, gazing at their spiritual significance. Thiksey is a 12-storied structure showcasing amazing architecture, while Shey houses a stunning 10-meter-high Buddha statue.

You will then be visiting the Stok Palace Museum, Ladakh's royal heritage, followed by a fun shopping tour in Leh market. Shop for local handicrafts, Pashmina Shawls, and Ladakhi jewellery, and then our driver will drop you off at your hotel for a restful night.

Day 3: Trip to Nubra Valley

After a delicious breakfast, get excited as our driver picks you up for a thrilling journey to the enchanting Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, one of the world's highest motorable passes. Nubra Valley is an isolated valley located at a height of 10,000 ft, which offers spellbinding views of the Ladakh valley and Karakoram Ranges. As you drive through the snow-capped mountains and reach Diskit village, enjoy a thrilling experience— a Bactrian Camel Safari in Nubra Valley. Finally, relish a delightful dinner and overnight stay at the camp in Nubra Valley.

Day 4: Visit to the Diskit Monastery

Wake up to the beautiful sunrise kissing the dazzling snow mountains. Have your breakfast and visit the historic Diskit Monastery. Admire its ancient architecture and the towering Maitreya statue standing tall at 100 ft. Our driver will then take you on a comfortable ride back to Leh via the scenic Khardung La Pass. This scenic drive is one of the most memorable things to do in Leh-Ladakh. Upon reaching Leh, you will be staying at the hotel for the night.

Day 5: Pangong Lake Trip

Post breakfast at the hotel, our driver will take you on the breathtaking Pangong Lake tour via the picturesque Chang La Pass—another one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Spend some soothing moments by the serene waters of the lake that extends from India to China before returning to Leh for your overnight stay at the hotel. 

Day 6: Departure from Leh

Enjoy the last breakfast of your Leh-Ladakh tour package and then check out of the hotel. Our driver will pick you up and drop you off at Leh Airport. Head to your onward journey, reminiscing about the events of this amazing vacation.
