7-Day Leh-Ladakh Tour Covering Pangong Tso, Nubra Valley & Panamik Village

Day 1: Arrival in Leh

As you arrive in Leh, our driver will pick you up from the Leh Kushok Bakula Airport and escort you to your hotel. Check in to your room and rest to acclimatise to the Leh weather, ensuring you're ready for the adventures ahead. Settle in for a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel, preparing for the excitement that awaits.

Day 2: Local Sightseeing in Leh

Fuel up with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before heading out for local sightseeing in Leh. Explore beautiful places like Leh Palace. Located at a height of 11,800 ft, it offers stunning views of the Stok Kangri Mountain and the Ladakh Mountain range. Discover the serene Namgyal Tsemo Monastery and its mesmerising Maitreya Buddha statue made of gold, followed by a visit to the breathtaking Shanti Stupa. From the Buddhist dome, you will get a panoramic view of the entire Leh. You will then visit the vibrant markets of Leh to indulge in shopping for Pashmina shawls, Tibetan handicrafts, Ladakhi jewellery, and more. You will then be dropped off at your hotel to enjoy another cosy overnight stay.

Day 3: Pangong Lake & Monastery Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, gear up for an adventurous Pangong Lake tour. Our driver will drive you through the amazing Chang La Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in the world. En route, you will visit the ancient Shey Monastery and the captivating Thiksay Monastery. The former houses a 10-meter-high Buddha statue, which is a popular sight. The latter is an architectural marvel with 12 stories and 10 shrines. As you arrive at Pangong Lake, you'll be greeted by its ever-changing colours. The lake stretches from India to China and is a must-visit site. Stay at the campsite, enjoying a delicious dinner under the star-studded sky, before retiring for a peaceful night's sleep in nature.

Day 4: Visit to Hemis Monastery & Sindhu Ghat

Wake up to the beautiful sunrise and bid farewell to Pangong Lake as our driver takes you back to Leh. On your way back, you will stop by the Hemis Monastery. It is famous for the annual Hemis Festival, which usually takes place in June or July. Then, visit the Sindhu Ghat, a calm river bank offering breathtaking views. Spend the evening exploring the local markets of Leh. Our driver will then take you back to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.

Day 5: Nubra Valley Tour & Camel Safari

Rise and shine as you eat a filling breakfast to fuel up for the most adventurous day of your Ladakh tour. Our driver will take you on a trip to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in the world. Nubra Valley is an isolated place that offers the most stunning view of the Ladakh Valley and the Karakoram range. During the 5-hour journey from Leh to Nubra Valley, you will be amazed by the snow-covered mountains as you drive through the rugged terrain.

Upon arriving at Diskit, the administrative headquarters of Nubra Valley, you will explore the ancient Diskit Monastery, located above the Shayok River. It houses the 100 ft-high Maitreya statue. Spend time exploring the Diskit Village and then take a thrilling Bactrian Camel Safari in Nubra Valley. You will then be driven to a campsite for a lip-smacking dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Panamik Village Excursions

The Nubra Valley has more to offer. After breakfast, our driver will pick you up for an exploration of the historic Samstanling Monastery and the Panamik village—two fascinating places to visit in Leh-Ladakh. Take a dip in the famous Hot Sulphur Springs of Panamik village, soothing your senses and rejuvenating your spirit. Then, it will be time to return to your hotel in Leh, where you'll spend the last night of the tour. 

Day 7: Departure from Leh

Day 7 will mark the end of your week-long Leh-Ladakh tour package. After relishing a tasty breakfast at the hotel, bid farewell to the beautiful land of Ladakh as you're escorted to Leh Airport, where you'll board your flight for your onward journey.
