Akshardham Temple Tour with Dinner

Akshardham is a Hindu temple located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The temple is 108 ft high and is made of yellow sandstone. A 7ft high gold-plated idol of Lord Swaminarayan is placed inside the temple's sanctum sanctorum.  The Sat-Chit-Anand Water Show is a popular show held at Akshardham that represents the tales of Kathopanishad.     Our chauffeur will pick you up in an air-conditioned car from your hotel in Ahmedabad. After check-in at the hotel, we will take you to Akshardham Temple tour. We will provide you with the entry tickets upon reaching the temple. The temple is dedicated to Lord Swaminarayan and was founded in the year 1992. 

    The pillars of the temples are intricately carved and embellished with mini sculptures. The intricate works on walls and pillars are eye-catching. The temple has a modern yet traditional appeal in its overall build. One can find a beautiful blend of art, beauty, and devotion inside the complex of the temple. You can witness entertainment stalls, joy rides, and fountains. The temple has a great internal security system for the pilgrims. There are no long queues and crowds at the temple. 

    We will take you to watch an incredible Akshardham light show at the temple complex—the Sat–Chit–Anand water show. It is a special sound and light show held in the amphitheater. It is a 45-minute water show which is quite informative and enjoyable. The show represents the mythological tales from the Upanishads. 

    After the end of the show, we will take you for dinner at a local restaurant followed by the drop-off at the hotel.

    Akshardham Temple remains closed on Monday

    The operation of the Sat-Chit-Anand show depends on the weather conditions. As it’s an outdoor show, unfavorable weather may lead to cancellations. 

    The tales will be narrated in the Hindi language
