Kerala & Mumbai Tour Package: 10 Days of Cochin, Munnar, Thekkady, Kovalam & Mumbai Trip

Day 1: Arrival in Kochi & Sightseeing

You will begin your Kerala and Mumbai tour package with arrival at Cochin Airport or railway station. Our representative will warmly greet you and then escort you to your hotel in Kochi. After check-in and some relaxation, you will be ready for a Kochi city tour covering prominent attractions like Santa Cruz Basilica, St. Francis Church, which is the burial place of Vasco Da Gama, the Jewish Synagogue, and Mattancherry Palace.

After you experience the unique technique of Chinese Fishing Nets, you will be taken for a Kathakali Dance Show. Watch the traditional dance form and be moved by the vibrantly-dressed artists' eye-catching performance. Later, our driver will drop you off at your hotel in Kochi for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Kochi to Munnar Road Trip

As you wake up early and relish a delightful breakfast, check out of the hotel. Our driver will take you on a journey through breathtaking landscapes and waterfalls to reach the most beautiful hill station in South India, Munnar. The journey from Kochi to Munnar takes about 4 hours. Enjoy this comfortable drive and upon arrival, check in to your hotel for some relaxation. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, soaking in the soothing ambiance of Munnar. Overnight stay will be at the same hotel.

Day 3: Munnar Excursions

You will start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before enjoying a memorable Kerala wildlife tour. Explore Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Thar, and visit the picturesque Mattupetty Dam—a popular picnic spot. Next, join us on a trip to Echo Point, which offers a panoramic view of the Tea Garden. Conclude your day with a visit to the Tea Museum in Munnar to learn about the wide variety of tea. Finally, our driver will drop you off at your hotel in Munnar where you can enjoy a peaceful night stay. 

Day 4: Scenic Trip of Thekkady

As the day 4 of the tour starts, have your breakfast and check out from your hotel in Munnar. Our driver will then take you to Thekkady, which is about 3 hours from Munnar. Here, you will have an exciting wildlife experience on your Periyar National Park trip. Enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake to spot elephants, Sambar Deer, and other exotic wildlife. As the adventurous wildlife tour reaches its end, you will be taken to your hotel in Thekkady where you will check in and rest for the night.

Day 5: Houseboat Tour in Kumarakom

After breakfast, it will be time to bid farewell to Thekkady. Check out of your hotel, and our driver will escort you to Kumarakom. Get ready for a unique experience, a houseboat tour in Kumarakom. Exploring the backwaters on a deluxe houseboat while absorbing the beauty of the picturesque surroundings is a feeling that can’t be put to words. Spend the night on the houseboat and enjoy beautiful surroundings, delicious meals, and soothing melodies while you cruise leisurely on the backwaters. 

Day 6: Arrival in Kovalam

Wake up to a stunning sunrise view from your houseboat and savor a lip-smacking breakfast. Then, it will be time to say goodbye to the backwaters of Kerala. As you disembark from the boat, our driver will be waiting to take you to Kovalam—Kerala's premier beach destination. It is a 4-hour drive from Kumarakom. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You can opt to explore the pristine beaches or rest. Spend a relaxing overnight stay at your hotel in Kovalam.

Day 7: Leisure Time in Kovalam

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel and enjoy a day of relaxation at your own pace. You can head out for a memorable beach trip in Kovalam. Relax on the golden sands, take a dip in the blue waters, or explore nearby attractions, like Ayurvedic treatment facilities, at your own expense. As the day winds down, return to your Kovalam hotel for a peaceful overnight stay, recharged and ready for more adventures.

Day 8: Trivandrum to Mumbai by Flight

Have a tasty breakfast and get ready for your flight from Trivandrum to Mumbai. After you check out of the hotel, our driver will pick you up on time for transfer to Trivandrum airport. Board the flight and in about 2.5 hours, you will reach your destination. Upon arrival, our driver will greet you at the airport and take you to the hotel in Mumbai. Check in to your hotel and enjoy a delightful overnight stay.

Day 9: Mumbai City Tour

Wake up and treat yourself to a mouth-watering complimentary breakfast. Our driver will pick you up for a Mumbai sightseeing tour. Spend the day visiting iconic landmarks, such as the Gateway of India—a legendary arched structure synonymous with Mumbai’s charm; Prince of Wales Museum—home to a wide variety of valuables from the bygone era; University of Bombay—one of the oldest universities in the country; and Hanging Gardens—beautiful terraced gardens atop Malabar Hills.

Next, you will explore the bustling Crawford Market, which is a great place for a fun shopping spree. Then, you will be taken to the Gandhi Memorial Museum. Later, you will head to Dhobi Ghat—world’s largest open-air laundry. As we return, we will drive past the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, the perfect place to catch a stunning glimpse of Mumbai.

In the evening, you will conclude your day with a stroll along Marine Drive. Relax and unwind in this tranquil location before joining our driver on the ride back to your hotel. Enjoy a sound sleep in the comfort of your cosy room.

Day 10: Departure from Mumbai
