• Go Air allows its passengers to get one cabin baggage not exceeding 115cm and must weigh a maximum of 7kg.
• The check-in baggage per passenger should not weigh more than 15kg. The dimension of the piece should not be more than 158cm.

INR 300 will be charged per kg for excess check-in baggage. This can be paid in the checkout counter. A passenger is allowed to carry only one hand/carry-on baggage.

Extra charges for extra baggage are as follows:

• Baggage weighing over 5kg will be charged INR 1,900.
• Baggage weighing more than 10kg will be charged INR 3,800.
• Baggage weighing more than 15kg will be charged INR 5,700.
• Baggage weighing more than 30kg will be charged INR 11,400.

Articles not allowed in baggage:

• Compressed gasses e.g. deeply refrigerated, flammable, non-flammable, and poisonous such as butane oxygen, liquid nitrogen, aqualung cylinders, and compressed gas cylinders.
• Corrosives such as acids, alkalis, mercury, and wet cell batteries and apparatus containing mercury.
• Explosives, ammunitions, fireworks and flares, ammunition including blank cartridges, handguns, fireworks, and pistol caps.
• Poisons and infectious substances.
• Carriage of dry cell batteries, knives, scissors, sharp instruments, tools, firearms, ammunitions, and toy replicas are prohibited
• Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and Note 2 smartphones are prohibited in Check-in baggage and hand baggage.
• Power bank chargers are prohibited in Check-in baggage.
• Drone/ Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) / Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) / Unmanned Ariel Vehicle (UAV).

Go Air Cancellation Policy

If due to any circumstances, Go Air cancels or delays a flight beyond 2 hours and is unable to provide a previously confirmed flight or fails to provide an alternative, Go Air will provide:

If the booking has not been made online, please contact any AIRINDIA office to cancel your reservation. Tickets will be refunded by the ticket issuing office only.

• Carry Customers on alternate flights for the same segment within the phase of 4 days or the same day at no additional cost.
• Customers who wish to travel on alternate dates other than mentioned above will be re-accommodated. Waiver of re-booking and convenience fee will be specified but tariff difference, if any, will be bear by the customer.
• Formulate a full refund for the booking, in the same method of payment in which the booking was received. Go Air shall be under no further liability to the customer.
• Go Air will not be held to blame if no contact details are mentioned and customers are left unaware.
• The revised timing in case of a rescheduled flight is acknowledged by the customer and shall consider further changes only as per usual policy.
• That for a canceled flight, the Customer does not find it appropriate to travel on another listed flight on the same day/ another day, and will thus cancel the PNR and process a full refund to the mode of payment.
• No refunds will be given once bookings are confirmed for Go Air flights. Customers should note that certain fares are accessible subject to certain situations, which may bind, restrict or bar the right of the customer to change or cancel bookings. Any fares with less than standard surcharges are promotional fares and are non- refundable.
